What can I expect during my first consultation?

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60–90 minute session where we'll explore your health history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and overall well-being. Together, we'll identify patterns of imbalance, assess your unique constitution (prakriti) and current state (vikriti), and create a personalized plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle practices, herbs, body therapies, or cleansing measures to help you move toward greater balance and vitality.

Initial consultations are generally 90 minutes, while follow-up appointments are typically 45 minutes, but can range from 30 to 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. We request 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow others to book the slot. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
